Family Story Photography Session at home

What better way to start a Family photography session than putting your whole head into the mixing bowl to get every last bit of biscuit dough… this is what my Brisbane family photography sessions are all about. And this is why booking a Family Story session is such a great idea. There is plenty of time for the cuddles, the giggles and also the funny moments that comes with kids. Family photos that will make you feel warm inside, that will make you smile and that will make you laugh.

For this Family Photography Session the family had recently welcomed their newborn baby girl into the family. When I arrived she was asleep, so doing a longer session gave us the chance to get some photos of their son doing some baking while she stayed asleep. This was a great way to start the session so that he felt important and not overshadowed by his new little sister. Then when she woke up, we were able to include her in more of the photos while life with a toddler carries on around her.
